Professional PLC & HMI Training
Increase your company's productivity and competitiveness! Empower your IT team with the latest skills in managing automation systems. With a focus on operational efficiency and innovation, this training opens the door to a more productive and adaptive future

Increase Your Company's Productivity and Technology Excellence
The use of PLCs allows companies to design and implement more efficient control logic, avoid time-consuming manual processes, and reduce the risk of human error. Meanwhile, a well-designed HMI can simplify the user interface, speed up monitoring and system management, and minimize response time to changes in operational conditions. With this efficiency, companies can allocate resources smarter, increase output and reduce operational costs. This training provides a strong foundation for realizing these efficiency gains, creating a work environment that is more adaptive and responsive to industry demands.
PLC
PLC, or Programable Logic Controller, is an electronic device used in the industrial world to control and manage automation processes on various equipment and machines. Simply put, a PLC functions like a brain that can be programmed to make decisions based on input received from various sensors and other devices. Examples include product manufacturing, water distillation systems, and automation in factories. PLCs process information according to pre-programmed programs, producing output in the form of signals that control various actuators and devices in industrial environments. Its main advantage is its ability to work automatically, reducing dependence on manual control, increasing safety and increasing the overall efficiency of industrial processes.
HMI
HMI, or Human-Machine Interface, is an interface that enables interaction between humans and machines in the context of industrial automation. In simple terms, HMI can be thought of as a touch screen or control panel that allows operators or users to interact with automated systems. HMI provides a user-friendly visual display, often in the form of graphics or icons, so that users can easily understand and control the production process. For example, in a factory, an HMI can display information about temperature, speed and equipment status in real-time, while providing options to change settings or start/stop a process. The main advantages of HMI are that it makes it easier to monitor and control automated systems, minimizes human error, and increases operational efficiency by simplifying information complexity into an interface that is easy for humans to understand.
PLC and HMI Training Syllabus
The material has been prepared based on deep experience in the industry. We realize how crucial a deep understanding of PLCs and HMIs is in the context of modern industrial automation. By combining solid theoretical elements with relevant practical aspects, this syllabus is formulated to provide an intensive and effective learning experience. The material is taught by trainers who have real experience in the industry, ensuring that each session is not only theoretical but also practical and in line with current industry demands.
1. Introduction to PLC
2. PLC Structure and Components
3. Basics of PLC Programming
4. Introduction to HMI
5. User Interface Design
6. PLC and HMI integration
7. Troubleshooting and Maintenance
Project Based Training
In the training participants will create a simple application project, namely “Water Level Control”. This project is designed to provide participants with practical experience in designing and implementing simple automation applications using PLCs and HMIs. Through this Water Level Control project, participants will be able to apply the concepts they have learned throughout the training, as well as develop practical skills in designing relevant and effective automation applications.
