An explanation of our terms and conditions of service
Subscription fees rented by customers begin to be used on the activation date (anniversary billing date) for all services related to the services ordered including One Time Fees, Upgrades and Add On Services, Cancellations, and Deposits.
Fees will be charged on the initial date of the order, and will be invoiced 7 days before the contract ends. To create a website with a Domain status that is outside of us, you MUST carry out a migration process or transfer of services to Qwords. This process allows for additional costs for extending the active period of the Domain.
This Add On Fee is a fee for additional services rented by Bikin.Website Customers. The fee will be billed in full on the next contract, and will automatically be extended on the next contract.
If ordered while the contract is in progress, it will be billed on a prorated basis except for paid change fees or One Time Fee fees.
Customers are obliged to pay taxes in their country, province or region, for all services rented on Bikin.Website. Bikin.Website charges 11% tax (VAT) to customers in Indonesia.
Customer payments to Bikin.Website are in full, and are not affected by tax deductions that apply as regulations in certain Companies / Institutions. Stamp costs and other costs arising from registration activities on Bikin.Website which are required administratively by the Customer, will be borne 100% by the Customer.
Due to the cancellation of services / changes to services used by customers on Bikin.Website which is an automatic service, Bikin.Website requires a request for cancellation in the form of a written request via a Support Ticket on the Bikin.Website Customer Service Portal no later than 30 days before the service ends on the Anniversary Billing Date.
If you do not make this written request, the Customer will be charged the full subscription fee according to the services rented, and the CUSTOMER IS MANDATORY TO PAY THE BILL AS THE CUSTOMER’S OBLIGATION.
All customer data from services whose lease has been terminated will be terminated for security and privacy reasons, unless necessary for legal action.
All services rented by customers are non-refundable. Including Setup Fees, One Time Fees, Subscription Fees, Upgrade Fees, Add On Fees, Administration Fees, Late Fees. In certain cases, Bikin.Website can decide whether to issue a refund to the customer or not.
If a customer makes an overpayment, and the customer wishes to have a refund for the overpayment, in this case the customer agrees to bear the administration fees charged by the Bank or payment service company which are billed through Bikin.Website.
Cancellation of services that have been activated unilaterally by the customer, there is no refund for any reason. Refunds will be made within a maximum of 14 working days to the bank account used for payment to us. Especially for Indoana refunds, you will be charged 1%.
All funds or DP (down payment) paid for orders or service bills cannot be refunded. These funds can be used to order other services as long as the initial service is not yet active.
All payments are due on the Anniversary Billing Date. Failure or delay in making payment on the Anniversary Billing Date will be considered a violation of the provisions.
For customers who do not/fail to make payments on the Anniversary Billing Date, their services will be immediately suspended (suspended) automatically. This suspension period regulation applies to all services on Bikin.Website (1 day late in payment will immediately stop the service).
Customers who do not pay 7 days after the Anniversary Billing Date will have their services removed from Bikin.Website, and will be charged for the Reactivation process which will be charged for the next subscription (can only be done if data is still available).
The website created is WordPress based and built using DIVI Builder. Customers cannot request changes after work has started.
All forms of additions/changes after the website is live or successfully published will be subject to a work fee, unless it is still within the monthly maintenance work limit or there has been a mutual agreement before going live.
Each of our services or packages only applies to one domain name and additional fees may apply if you use additional domains / domain extensions outside the package. Services such as domains, hosting, SSL will be immediately processed for activation as soon as the invoice is paid by our billing team and no changes can be made to these services unless there has been an agreement between the client and us.
Our party can make improvements (revisions) to these provisions if one day adjustments or additional provisions are needed.
We have a standard rule of not providing Web Panel access to customers. This is done for reasons other than the security of the customer’s website.
If the customer requests access to the Web Panel for any purpose, then we will provide the requested access and assume that any changes / loss / damage to website data are the full responsibility of the customer who requested the access.
Customers may be charged additional fees for any changes/repairs of damage that occurs after Web Panel account access is handed over.
We provide admin access to the website dashboard for customers to be able to carry out independent content management, however, if there is damage to the website either intentionally/accidentally apart from content, then the damage is the customer’s responsibility and a repair fee may be charged for the damage caused. happen.
